General Provisions

• Lynx credits are an internal unit of account of the Lynx platform. One credit equals $0.10. In the Marketplace, credits are used to obtain limited licenses for digital content (scripts, configurations, and other materials).
• Credits are not a currency, legal tender, or any other form of payment and cannot be used outside the Lynx platform.
• Marketplace purchases are paid with real credits and earnings credits. Bonus credits cannot be used in the Marketplace.
• A user acquiring content with credits receives a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use such content within Lynx products.
• A user who places content on the Marketplace agrees that their materials are made available to other users under the conditions defined by these Rules.
• Lynx administration has the right to adjust credit balances, revoke content licenses, and restrict account access in case of violation of these Rules.

Conditions of Content Use

• A user may exchange credits for the right to limited access to content placed by other Marketplace users.
• The administration does not guarantee that the posted content will meet user expectations but undertakes to review complaints and disputes in accordance with the Dispute Rules.
• The license to use the content does not constitute a transfer of ownership rights and may be revoked in case of rule violations or other specified grounds.

Conditions of Content Placement

• A user may place their own materials (scripts, configurations, etc.) that interact with Lynx products.
• By placing content, the user confirms that they have the rights to use and distribute it. Using third-party materials without the consent of the rights holder is prohibited.
• Content must not contain obfuscated or malicious code, links to third-party services, or elements that disrupt the platform.
• The administration has the right to refuse publication or remove content on the grounds provided by the rules, as well as for internal reasons that are not subject to disclosure.
• A 20% commission is charged on each transaction.

Settlements and Credits

• Credits are an internal unit of the Lynx platform and are not a currency, legal tender, or any financial instrument.
• A seller receives the sale price less the commission as earnings credits. Earnings credits can be withdrawn 30 days after the sale, or spent in the store and the Marketplace.
• Current exchange methods and minimum amounts are specified in the Withdrawal Rules and may change without prior notice.
• The administration does not undertake any obligations to pay money in exchange for credits other than earnings credits, and reserves the right to modify, restrict, or completely discontinue available exchange mechanisms at any time.
• All operations using credits are carried out exclusively within the platform and do not create any claims for users outside the Lynx ecosystem.

Additional Provisions

• These Rules are the basic document of the Marketplace and apply to all operations.
• Special documents (Dispute Rules and Withdrawal Rules) are supplements and take precedence in relevant situations.
• The Lynx administration reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the site.
• Using the Marketplace means the user's unconditional agreement with these Rules and related documents.

General Provisions

• These Dispute Rules are an integral supplement to the Marketplace Rules.
• They govern the procedure for resolving conflicts between Buyers and Sellers.
• The dispute system applies exclusively to items in the "scripts" category. Configurations and other digital items are non-refundable.
• Decisions made by the Administration as a result of dispute review are final and binding for both parties, except for one possible appeal as described below.

Conditions for Refund

• Refunds are allowed within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase if the script does not function, or significantly differs from its description or stated features.
• Refunds are not issued on other grounds, including subjective dissatisfaction, missing features not specified in the description, or buyer's regret.

Procedure for Opening a Dispute

• To open a dispute, the Buyer must use the "Dispute" button on the item's page.
• The dispute application must include a detailed description of the identified issues and, if possible, supporting evidence (screenshots, videos, etc.).
• If the Dispute feature is unavailable, a refund for that item is not permitted.

Review of the Dispute

• The Seller must respond to the dispute within 7 (seven) calendar days from its creation.
• If no response is provided, the decision is made by the Administration solely, without considering the Seller's position.
• Funds related to the dispute are blocked in the Seller's account until a final decision is made.

Decisions and Appeals

• The total review period for a dispute shall not exceed 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its opening.
• If a dispute is rejected, the Buyer may appeal the decision once by submitting a ticket to the Website Support section.
• Filing an appeal does not suspend the execution of the initial decision.
• The decision made after the appeal is final and not subject to further review.
• In case of abuse of the dispute system (multiple unfounded claims), the Administration reserves the right to restrict or completely revoke the user's access to the dispute system.

For Sellers

• The Seller must review the dispute and provide a response within 7 (seven) calendar days.
• The Seller may agree to a refund, or provide reasoned objections and evidence of proper item quality.
• If the Seller fails to respond, the dispute is reviewed without their participation, and the blocked funds are either returned to the Buyer or remain with the Seller at the Administration's discretion.

Buyer's Obligations

• The Buyer must provide accurate information and evidence when opening a dispute.
• A dispute cannot be based on subjective dissatisfaction if the item matches its description.
• Attempts to abuse the dispute system may result in denial of dispute review, restriction of access to the feature, or account suspension.
