Marketplace rules

General Provisions

  • Lynx credits are an internal unit of account of the Lynx platform. One credit equals $0.10. In the Marketplace, credits are used to obtain limited licenses for digital content (scripts, configurations, and other materials).
  • Credits are not a currency, legal tender, or any other form of payment and cannot be used outside the Lynx platform.
  • Marketplace purchases are paid with real credits and earnings credits. Bonus credits cannot be used in the Marketplace.
  • A user acquiring content with credits receives a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use such content within Lynx products.
  • A user who places content on the Marketplace agrees that their materials are made available to other users under the conditions defined by these Rules.
  • Lynx administration has the right to adjust credit balances, revoke content licenses, and restrict account access in case of violation of these Rules.

Conditions of Content Use

  • A user may exchange credits for the right to limited access to content placed by other Marketplace users.
  • The administration does not guarantee that the posted content will meet user expectations but undertakes to review complaints and disputes in accordance with the Dispute Rules.
  • The license to use the content does not constitute a transfer of ownership rights and may be revoked in case of rule violations or other specified grounds.

Conditions of Content Placement

  • A user may place their own materials (scripts, configurations, etc.) that interact with Lynx products.
  • By placing content, the user confirms that they have the rights to use and distribute it. Using third-party materials without the consent of the rights holder is prohibited.
  • Content must not contain obfuscated or malicious code, links to third-party services, or elements that disrupt the platform.
  • The administration has the right to refuse publication or remove content on the grounds provided by the rules, as well as for internal reasons that are not subject to disclosure.
  • A 20% commission is charged on each transaction.

Settlements and Credits

  • Credits are an internal unit of the Lynx platform and are not a currency, legal tender, or any financial instrument.
  • A seller receives the sale price less the commission as earnings credits. Earnings credits can be withdrawn 30 days after the sale, or spent in the store and the Marketplace.
  • Current exchange methods and minimum amounts are specified in the Withdrawal Rules and may change without prior notice.
  • The administration does not undertake any obligations to pay money in exchange for credits other than earnings credits, and reserves the right to modify, restrict, or completely discontinue available exchange mechanisms at any time.
  • All operations using credits are carried out exclusively within the platform and do not create any claims for users outside the Lynx ecosystem.

Additional Provisions

  • These Rules are the basic document of the Marketplace and apply to all operations.
  • Special documents (Dispute Rules and Withdrawal Rules) are supplements and take precedence in relevant situations.
  • The Lynx administration reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the site.
  • Using the Marketplace means the user's unconditional agreement with these Rules and related documents.
