📣 Watch out for fake Lynx sellers

Scammers copy the Lynx name and logo on Telegram and take money for keys that never arrive. Lynx sells only on lynxcheats.com and through the resellers listed there.

Community and conduct rules

What you can and cannot do with a Lynx account, in our spaces, and with our software. Each rule states its consequence.

Last updated

Where these rules apply

These rules apply in every space we run: the dashboard, support email and Discord, and the Lynx Discord server. They also cover how you use the product and how you present yourself as a customer, reseller, or affiliate. They apply to you, not to an account.

The Terms of service and the Refund policy take priority over this page.

Account sharing and selling

  • Do not share, lend, or post your login.
  • Do not run a group from one subscription.
  • Do not sell, rent, or buy an account. Accounts are not transferable.
  • Do not create accounts in bulk, for resale, for trials, or to avoid a suspension.

Reselling and affiliates

The reseller programme and the affiliate programme are the only ways to earn money from Lynx. The affiliate programme is open to everyone from the dashboard. Resellers apply to @PattayaGodFather on Telegram. A reseller is responsible for their buyers, including their chargebacks and fraud.

Outside those two programmes:

  • Do not sell subscriptions, top-ups, "keys", or access of any kind.
  • Do not call yourself an official reseller, partner, distributor, or staff member.
  • Do not advertise a competitor or a grey-market seller in our spaces.

Reverse engineering and leaks

  • Do not decompile, disassemble, unpack, or patch a build. Do not publish what you learn from a build.
  • Do not redistribute a build, mirror it, or pass on a "cracked" or "free" copy.
  • Do not leak release or test builds, internal channels, staff-only material, or dashboard endpoints.
  • Do not scrape or automate the dashboard or its API. Do not probe other people's account data.
  • Do not defeat the device linking. Do not extend a subscription you have not paid for. Do not restore a terminated account.

A security bug report is not a breach. Send it to samzsakerz@gmail.com first. Do not test on other people's accounts.

Conduct in community spaces

  • No harassment. No targeted or repeated abuse, no following a person between channels, no organised group attacks.
  • No hate speech about race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • No doxxing. Do not post, or threaten to post, another person's real name, address, workplace, phone number, IP address, or linked accounts.
  • No threats of violence. Do not encourage self-harm. We report both.
  • No sexual content that involves minors. The ban is permanent, immediate, and not open to appeal. We report it to the platform and to the police.
  • No spam. No repeated messages, mass pings, unsolicited advertising by DM, or invite links to other providers.
  • No scams. No phishing links, fake giveaways, fake payment proof, "middleman" offers, or trades that avoid us.
  • No impersonation. Do not pose as Lynx staff, a reseller, or another user. Lynx staff never ask for your password.

Platform rules apply as well as ours. We cannot lift a ban that Discord issued.

Support requests

Email samzsakerz@gmail.com or use the support channel on the Discord. We answer in order.

  • Send one message per issue. We merge a duplicate, and you keep the older position.
  • Do not bump a message. Do not send a message about another message.
  • Do not DM staff. We do not track or answer DMs.
  • Give the details in the first message. Account email, platform, device model, product, what you did, what happened, and what you already tried.
  • Do not abuse the person who reads the message. Insults, slurs, and threats end the conversation.
  • Do not lie to support. Edited screenshots, fake payment proof, and false refund claims are fraud.

Chargebacks and payment fraud

  • Write to us before you contact your bank. If the Refund policy covers your case, we refund you directly.
  • A chargeback or dispute suspends the account while it is open. If the bank decides against us, we terminate the account with no refund.
  • A stolen card terminates the account and every other account on those payment details or that device.
  • To buy again after a chargeback, first pay the disputed amount and any processor fee.

Using Lynx against people

We do not police your win rate. We terminate the account on the first instance of:

  • Targeting a named player or community: following a person between matches, lobby-hopping to ruin their sessions, or an organised group attack.
  • Selling "ban services", "report services", or any offer to get an account banned.
  • Extortion, including "pay me and I will stop" and threats against a game account.
  • Taking over other people's accounts by credential stuffing, session hijacking, phishing, or recovery fraud.
  • Collecting or publishing personal information about players from lobbies or voice chat.
  • Advertising Lynx as a tool for any of the above.

The Terms cover what a publisher does to your game account.

When you break a rule

  1. Warning. A written notice that names the rule and the next step.
  2. Temporary suspension. We suspend community access, product access, or both. Your subscription continues, and we do not credit that time.
  3. Permanent termination. We close the account, release the device bindings, and do not refund the remaining subscription time.

Most cases start at step 1. The table below shows the rules that start at step 3 on the first instance. We do not have to warn you first, and we do not have to act in public. If you evade a termination with a new account, email, or payment method, we terminate the new account with no refund.

Appeals

You get one appeal per decision. Send it from the account email to samzsakerz@gmail.com. Include the date of the decision, what we told you, and what you say happened.

Do not appeal in the Discord, from a second account, or through friends. Each of those ends the appeal. We answer with yes or no. We do not negotiate the length of a suspension.

You cannot appeal a termination for payment fraud, a lost chargeback, doxxing, threats of violence, sexual content that involves minors, ban-for-hire, or account theft.

See the legal documents for the terms above these rules.
