The short version
We refund a purchase when the subscription was not used, with no device linked, and did not work for a technical reason. Ask within 3 days of the purchase. We also refund a duplicate charge or a billing error.
We do not refund a subscription that you used, a change of mind after delivery, a game ban, or downtime after a game update.
If you live in the EU or the UK, your right of withdrawal also applies. It ends when we deliver, because checkout asks you to request immediate delivery first.

When we refund
- It did not work. You did not link a device, the app did not run on a supported device, and support could not fix it. Ask within 3 days of the purchase.
- Duplicate charge. We charged you more than once for the same purchase. We refund the extra charges.
- Billing error. We took the wrong amount, or charged a card that should not have been charged. We refund the difference, or the whole charge.
- Wrong plan. You bought the wrong plan by mistake and did not link a device. We exchange it for a plan of equal or lower value. We do not exchange up.
Before you ask, read the install guide. One reply fixes most first-install problems.
When we do not refund
- A used subscription. Linking a device starts the licence. From that moment the purchase is final.
- Change of mind. You bought a plan, it was delivered, and you decided that you do not want it.
- A ban in the game. This software carries a risk of a ban from the game publisher. That risk is yours.
- A game update that breaks a feature. Games patch. Features break and we rebuild them. That downtime is part of the product.
- Termination for breaking the rules. If we end your account under the terms of service, you get no refund, and you forfeit any remaining credits.
- Sharing, reselling, or chargebacks. Each of these ends the licence without a refund.
Where the money goes back to
Money goes back the way it came in.
- Paid by card. The refund goes to the same card.
- Paid with credits. The refund goes back to your credits, as the same kind of credits you paid with. Credits are for use on Lynx. They are not cash.
- Paid with crypto. The refund goes to your credits.
Bought from a reseller
If you bought a key from an official reseller, your contract is with the reseller. They took your money, and only they can refund you. Go to them first.
We can confirm whether a reseller is official, and what a key redeemed and when. We cannot return money we never received. A key from anyone who is not on the official list is not covered at all.
How to request a refund
Email samzsakerz@gmail.com from the email address on your Lynx account. Include:
- The order number from your dashboard, or the reseller key.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- For a subscription that did not work: the device model, the OS version, and a screenshot of the error.
Send one request per charge. We reply to every request, including the ones we turn down, and we tell you why.
A refund ends the licence it paid for.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of writing to us, we terminate the account. All access ends, you forfeit any remaining credits, and we do not sell to that person again.
If someone used your card without permission, tell us before you file. We refund the fraudulent charge and secure the account.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not override consumer law. If the law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law wins.
Right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK. A consumer who buys online can usually withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content supplied straight away, the law ends that right once delivery starts, on three conditions: you asked for immediate delivery, you acknowledged that you lose the right, and we confirmed both on a durable medium. Here is how each happens:
- You ask and acknowledge at checkout. A separate box, not ticked in advance, reads: "I ask for my purchase to be delivered immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once it is delivered." The pay button stays off until you tick it. In the Telegram bot, the text above the payment buttons says the same, and tapping a payment button is your request.
- We confirm it. For a card payment, the receipt that Stripe emails you repeats the request and the acknowledgement.
- We deliver. The subscription appears in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Until we deliver, you keep the right. That covers a card payment held for review and a crypto payment still confirming. To withdraw, email us from the address on your account, or the address you paid with, within 14 days of the purchase. Say that you withdraw and name the order. We refund you within 14 days, by the method you paid with: to your card, or for a crypto payment to a wallet address you give us, unless you ask for credits instead.
If any of the three conditions was not met for your purchase, you keep the right for 14 days and we refund it in full.
The law of Ukraine governs this policy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
We can change this policy. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day of that purchase. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
